Mock Interviews

Mock interviews that feel like the real thing. Not a quiz, not a script. A conversation.

Mox, your AI interviewer, holds a structured conversation with you across the same arc a real interviewer would follow. You speak your answers out loud, Mox listens and responds in real time, and at the end you get an honest report on how you did.

The five phases of every interview

Real interviews aren't random. They follow a deliberate arc, and so does Mox. Every session moves through the same five phases, in the same order:

  • Introduction: warm-up questions about your background, motivation, and career journey to settle you in.
  • Behavioural: STAR-framework questions on teamwork, conflict, leadership, biggest wins and failures.
  • Technical: role-specific depth questions that escalate in difficulty based on how you answer.
  • Problem Solving: scenario-based challenges that test your structured thinking and trade-off reasoning.
  • Closing: your turn to ask the interviewer questions, just like the real thing.

What makes it different from a question bank

🎙
Voice-first by default
Answer out loud, exactly like a real interview. The mic auto-opens after each question, and your delivery (pace, fillers, pauses) becomes part of your score.
📈
Adaptive difficulty
Strong answers trigger harder follow-ups. Weak answers step back to fundamentals. The interview meets you exactly where you are.
📄
Tailored to your CV
If you upload your resume, questions reference your actual projects, roles, and skills. Generic prompts only if you choose to skip the upload.
🏢
Company-aware
Tell Mox you're targeting Google, TCS, or Razorpay, and the technical bar, culture, and expected style adjust accordingly.

Optional pre-rounds

Add either or both before the interview kicks off:

  • MCQ Round: 10 multiple-choice questions covering aptitude, computer-science fundamentals, and role-specific knowledge.
  • Coding Round: one DSA problem with hidden test cases. Pick Python, JavaScript, Java, or C++.

Both feed into the same final report alongside the interview itself.

Who it's for

  • Fresh graduates who've never sat through a real interview and need to feel the rhythm before the actual one.
  • Career switchers who need to practise framing transferable skills and answering "why are you switching?" cleanly.
  • Promotion seekers gunning for a senior role, where the auto-progression pushes you to answer at the depth your next level demands.
  • International / non-native English speakers who want to practise fluency, pacing, and professional tone until it feels natural.

Sign in, pick a role, and you're in your first interview in under a minute.

Not just an interview.
The whole hiring loop.

Real placements aren't one conversation. They're an aptitude test, a coding round, a group discussion, and only then a face-to-face. Moxaim runs all of them, end to end, and scores every one.

Case Study & Guesstimate

30 min · Live · Scratchpad

A business case or a guesstimate, worked live with an interviewer who sees your scratchpad. Structure, assumptions, and arithmetic all count.

System Design

30 min · Live · Scratchpad

Design a system in a back-and-forth discussion. Requirements, scale estimates, data model, bottlenecks, all probed the way a senior engineer would.

Type your target role. We pick the rounds.

A Google SDE never faces a group discussion. A BCG consultant never writes code. Moxaim reads your role and company and builds the loop that company actually runs. You can always override it.
